We setup the Inspection and 2 gentleman by the names of Pete and James came and told us from the start if we had any questions or concerns they were there for us and not to hesitate. They were very thorough and had extreme attention to detail really making sure everything was done the right way. On top of that they were on time, very friendly and professional. They completed a 60 plus page inspection report before the night was over and had it in my inbox to review and send out to my attorney and agent the next morning.
